Welcome
Guests and fellow Rotarians - Dooley Radcliff
welcomed everyone to the meeting, even those with
questionable handwriting.

President
Elect/Vice President Ron reminded us to keep
President Bart in our thoughts as he continues to
recuperate at home. Best wishes also go out to Lina
who's been away.

Al
Pettigrew reminded everyone about the fireside on
March 05 at his house.

Heritage
and South Clubs will have their meetings as
scheduled next week.

Members'
pictures still being taken for the Roster.

Someone
probably won the 50/50 draw.
-
Calgary's
newest Rotary Club is planning their Charter Night
for April 30th. Visit the Millennium Club (Wednesday
12:15 at the Greenwood Inn, 3515 26 St NE) if you
get the chance.

Past
President Ron Smith (84-85) spoke about the second
line of the 4 Way Test, one of most often quoted
statement of business and professional ethics.
Written in 1932 by HJ Taylor (and adopted by RI in
1943) it was a code of conduct for the bankrupt
company he was trying to save (and did!).
Ron, who
keeps the Test on his desktop, is often involved
with helping to resolve disputes and will use it
to focus in on problem resolution and get a better
appreciation of both the problem, and the possible
solutions.
