Members - please sign up !! Pick your parking shift preference, and contact the Team Captain listed  for that shift.

Tuesdays 6 pm for 8 pm show Joe Hooper
Wednesdays 6 pm for 8 pm show Terry Green
Thursdays 6 pm for 8 pm show George Kimura
Fridays (2 shows) 2 pm for 4 pm show Paul Hussey
  6 pm for 8 pm show Harry Nazarchuk
Sundays (2 shows) 11 am for 1pm show Bob Depledge / Al Imler
  3 pm for 5 pm show TBA

  
Parkers must be there 2 hours before show time,
and work a maximum of one hour after the show starts.
The normal time commitment is approximately 3 hours.

North American July 2 - 6, 2008
Masters September 3 - 7, 2008
Christmas Market November 2008 (dates to follow)
 

To meet the Club’s parking commitments at these major events, each member is expected to volunteer 12 to 16 hours
at each of the 4 major events.

  

This means working 2 to 4 shifts (depending on your shift selections) over the 5 days of the events.
 

 
Family involvement is encouraged (spouses, significant others, older children) and their volunteer time counts towards your time commitment.
   

Volunteer check-in for all shifts is at the gate house on Lot 2 (pick-up vests, flags and final instructions prior to shift)
