A look at changes at Spruce Meadows on Wednesday Sept 08, 2010 Guests will proceed past our previous ticket/money collection point to various "mini" lots carved from Lot 2 and 10 A lot of the areas are still under construction, roped off, muddy etc etc Hope this helps the "What the ...
